Export Control Compliance Policy Statement
I. Core Commitment
Our Company fully and strictly abides by the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as other relevant laws, regulations, departmental rules and policies governing export control. We rigorously manage compliance risks for all exported products including spherical graphite and lithium-ion battery anode materials, and firmly refrain from any business activities in violation of export control regulations under all circumstances.
II. Management Principles
The Company incorporates export control compliance into its daily operation and management system, and adheres firmly to the principle of compliance priority. In case of conflicts between business operations and compliance reviews, compliance requirements shall prevail. We ensure sufficient resource input for export control compliance work and foster a corporate culture featuring full-staff compliance awareness.
III. Employee Obligations
All employees shall earnestly study and strictly implement the Company’s export control compliance rules, clarify post-based compliance responsibilities, and are prohibited from conducting export-related businesses in violation of regulations. Any identified compliance risks or potential irregular acts shall be promptly reported to the Company’s compliance personnel.
IV. Liabilities for Violations
Violations against export control laws, regulations and the Company’s compliance policies will cause substantial losses to the Company and result in administrative penalties. Persons held accountable shall be subject to disciplinary sanctions in accordance with corporate rules, including performance deduction and internal circular criticism; serious violations will lead to dismissal. Any act violating national laws shall be held legally liable in accordance with the law.
